Profile
ello I'm a Cyber Security and Digital Forensics student at the University of the West of England. Passionate about privacy, security, and technology; I love to learn new things and dabble in various fields — from dead box and network forensics to malware analysis and web development.
I set up this page as a way to showcase my work and share what I learn day-to-day in the ever-growing field of Cyber Security. I'm committed to learning and growing in this field, and I'm always looking for new opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills.
My first experience with this field was when I was 6 years old, when my dad warned me about the risks of the internet and how to protect myself. Since then, I've been fascinated by the world of Cyber Security and the endless possibilities it offers.
I remember when the "WannaCry" ransomware attack happened in 2017, and I was amazed by how a single piece of malware could cause so much damage. After reading about how Marcus Hutchins discovered the kill-switch, I knew that I wanted to be part of the solution to these problems.

I'm constantly looking to improve my skills and learn new things. Here are some of the skills I've developed over the years.
Proficient in creating programs for various purposes, typically to make tasks easier for myself.
Aware of the similarities and differences on how these systems work and how to use them, including the lower-level workings of the systems.
Understand the laws and regulations that govern the use of technology and how to use them to protect myself and others. Also familiar with how to handle evidence in a legal manner.
Able to manage my time effectively and keep track of tasks that need to be completed, as well as prioritising tasks based on their importance.
Able to work effectively in a team and communicate with others to ensure that tasks are completed to the best of my ability.
Competent in using various suites of software to analyse data and find evidence of malicious activity on a system or network. Also familiar with how to use these tools to protect systems from attacks.
Able to pick up new skills and concepts quickly, allowing me to adapt to new situations and environments.
Diligent in achieving my goals and always looking for ways to improve myself and my skills.
Strong interest in technology and how it works, willing to pick apart and study how things work to better understand them, both physically and digitally.
Explore what I've worked on and what I'm currently working on. Unfortunately there isn't much here yet, but I'm working on it!
Working on a project to create an IDS/IPS system that can be used to monitor traffic through the CAN bus in motor vehicles. The aim is to study traffic and find patterns that could indicate malicious activity, and alert the driver or manufacturer to the potential threat.
Working with Dr. Adam Gorine, one of my lecturers, my role is to research the CAN bus and how it works, as well as how to monitor traffic on it, including researching various methods as machine learning to detect patterns in the traffic and which ECUs the traffic is travelling to and from. I am also responsible for creating a report on the project and developing the software to monitor the traffic.
Exploring the world of home labs and how they can be used to learn new skills and test new ideas. The aim is to use old hardware to create a lab which can be used to learn new skills and tinker with various technologies, as well as hosting services such as game servers for personal use.
Messing around and learning in a safe and controlled environment, as well as documenting the process and what I learn. I'm also responsible for maintaining the lab and ensuring that it is secure and up-to-date. It's small at the moment, but I'm always looking to expand it and try new things!
I'm open to work at your company or collaborate on a project. If you're interested in working with me, feel free to reach out!
See what I'm learning or working on in my day-to-day life in the field of Cyber Security and Digital Forensics. I'll share my thoughts, experiences, and progress on any interesting projects I'm working on.
The first of many, hopefully.
Long overdue, but it's finally here!
